Running – North Down Athletics Club

Approx 1 hours running from Ballykillaire Complex
Meet 6:50pm in reception area.
All abilities catered for providing you are able to run continuously.
Several Tri club members normally participate – to be found hogging the heaters to the left of the reception area!

Tuesday

Run

Leaves Ards Leisure centre at 7pm.

Swimming

At Ards at 8:15pm and 9pm.

Thursday

Run

Leaves Aurora @7pm subject to weather, time of year and pre-swim enthusiasm

Saturday

Cycling

1:30pm from Groomsport roundabout at end of Bangor ring road
Aimed at novice cyclists able to cover about 30 miles at average speed of about 15/16 mph (on flat roads) ( Includes coffee stop!)

Sunday

Cycling

8:40am from Six Road Ends/9am from Ards Leisure Centre, a quicker cycle for more seasoned cyclists
9:30am from Ards Leisure Centre, a steady cycle approx 40-50 miles 16 mph average
